Coax-antennekabel ShiverPeaks 80203-128S 100 dB met afgeschermd filter

The ShiverPeaks coaxial antenna cable 100 dB with shielded filter is a 2.0 m black RF connection cable designed to preserve signal integrity in environments with strong electromagnetic interference. Built for antenna-to-equipment connections, the cable integrates a shielded filter and high shielding effectiveness to reduce common-mode noise and protect radio-frequency links. It is suitable for use where stable reception and transmission are required, including base stations, receivers and other RF installations.

Advantages

The cable provides more than 100 dB of shielding to minimize external electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, while the integrated shielded filter further suppresses unwanted common-mode currents and noise. Its coaxial construction ensures consistent characteristic impedance and low insertion loss over the intended frequency range. The black outer jacket offers mechanical protection and straightforward identification in equipment racks and outdoor installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting base station antennas to transceivers and amplifiers
• Receiver and scanner antenna feedlines in industrial or urban environments
• RF test setups where common-mode suppression is required
• Fixed and temporary installations that demand high electromagnetic protection

Key specifications

• Shielding effectiveness: 100 dB (or greater)
• Integrated shielded filter for common-mode noise suppression
• Length: 2.0 m
• Outer jacket color: black
• Coaxial geometry for stable impedance and low signal loss

How to use

Connect one end of the coaxial cable to the antenna connector and the other end to the RF device input or antenna port, ensuring that connectors are fully seated and tightened according to device requirements. Route the cable away from major power lines and switching equipment where possible, and avoid sharp bends that could compromise the coaxial geometry. If the installation is outdoors, verify that connectors and any exposed points are weatherproofed to prevent moisture ingress.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, maintain gentle bend radii and secure the cable with non-conductive ties to prevent movement. Use the shielded filter when installations exhibit common-mode interference or when multiple cables run in parallel. Inspect connectors periodically for corrosion or looseness to preserve the 100 dB shielding performance and reliable signal transmission.
