Coax-antennekabel ShiverPeaks 80207-128-GS, 100% afgeschermd, vergulde stekkers

Coaxial Antenna Cable ShiverPeaks 80207-128-GS is a 7.5 m RF cable engineered for applications that require consistent signal integrity and high immunity to interference. The cable features full 100% shielding and gold-plated connectors to reduce contact resistance and maintain low-loss connections for terrestrial TV, FM radio, and other RF devices with coaxial input. Its robust outer jacket and integrated common-mode current filter help minimize unwanted noise and ensure stable reception over longer runs.

Advantages

The cable’s 100% shielding provides superior protection against electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference, helping to preserve signal-to-noise ratio in challenging environments. Gold-plated connectors improve corrosion resistance and electrical contact quality, which contributes to reliable signal transfer over time. The integrated mantle-current (common-mode) filter further reduces interference caused by ground loops or stray currents. Designed with a durable black jacket and secure connector termination, the cable supports consistent mechanical and electrical performance.

Suitable for

• Connecting terrestrial TV antennas to receivers and set-top boxes
• FM/AM radio antenna connections where low interference is required
• Linking RF transmitters and receivers with coaxial ports for stable signal paths
• Installations where long cable runs need enhanced shielding and immunity to noise

Key specifications

• Cable length: 7.5 metres
• Shielding: 100% full shield for maximum EMI/RFI protection (greater than 100 dB typical performance)
• Connector plating: gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance
• Color and jacket: black outer jacket for standard indoor/outdoor routing
• Additional feature: built-in common-mode (mantle-current) filter to suppress unwanted currents on the cable shield

How to use

Stripless, pre-terminated connectors allow direct connection between antenna and receiver or transmitter without additional assembly. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and proximity to high-power electrical cables to minimize potential interference. Attach connectors firmly to coaxial ports and ensure a snug fit to prevent intermittent contact. If the installation requires outdoor exposure, verify that connected equipment and junctions are weather-protected; the cable jacket offers mechanical protection but not full waterproof sealing of connectors unless additional weatherproofing is applied.

Recommendations

For best results, use the ShiverPeaks coaxial cable in installations where shielding performance is critical: maintain gentle bend radii, avoid running the cable in parallel with mains power lines, and use proper connector torque to ensure reliable RF contact. When grounding is necessary, follow local practices to reduce potential ground loop interference.
