Coax-antennekabel ShiverPeaks 80208-15MHQ 15 m met stekker en filter

The ShiverPeaks coaxial antenna cable 80208-15MHQ is a 15 m RF cable with an integrated connector and filter designed for connecting TV sets, set-top boxes and home cinema tuners to antennas. The single shielded conductor transmits terrestrial and cable television signals while the built-in filter helps reduce interference from unwanted frequencies. The cable is intended for indoor routing and installations where an extended distance between the antenna and the receiving device is required.

Advantages

This coaxial cable combines a 15 m length with a pre-mounted connector and an inline filter, offering a ready-to-install solution for longer runs. The single shielded construction provides consistent RF transmission and the integrated filter improves signal quality by attenuating specific interfering bands. The cable’s design supports straightforward indoor installation and reduces the need for additional adapters or external filtering devices.

Suitable for

• Connecting a rooftop or indoor TV antenna to a television or set-top box
• Linking a home cinema tuner or receiver to an aerial located away from the equipment
• Indoor cable routing where a longer, shielded RF connection is required
• Situations where an integrated filter is needed to reduce interference from nearby transmitters

Key specifications

• Length: 15 metres
• Connector: pre-mounted RF connector suitable for television tuners and set-top boxes
• Conductor type: single shielded coaxial conductor for RF signal transmission
• Built-in filter: inline filter to attenuate unwanted frequency bands and reduce interference
• Intended use: indoor installations and routing

How to use

Route the cable from the antenna location to the receiver or television, avoiding tight bends and sharp kinks that could damage the conductor or shielding. Connect the pre-mounted connector to the antenna input on the TV or tuner and attach the opposite end to the antenna feed. Ensure both connectors are firmly seated and, if required, secure the cable along its path with clips or cable ties designed for indoor use. If the built-in filter has a preferred orientation, follow the marking or manual supplied with the device to achieve correct filtering.

Recommendations

For best signal quality, keep the cable away from large electrical appliances and power cables, and use appropriate cable management to prevent strain on the connectors. If external weatherproofing is needed for outdoor antenna connections, use suitable outdoor-rated cable and weatherproof adapters; the ShiverPeaks 15 m cable is intended for indoor use.
