Coaxkabel ALLNET ANT-CAB-RSMA-N-700 R-SMA N-type 7 m zwart

The ALLNET ANT-CAB-RSMA-N-700 is a 7 m coaxial cable with an R-SMA connector on one end and an N-type connector on the other. Designed for antenna connections and RF signal transmission, this black cable provides a flexible connection option for indoor and outdoor installations where a longer reach between devices and antennas is required. The cable construction aims to deliver consistent impedance and reduced signal loss across typical wireless frequency ranges.

Advantages

This coaxial cable combines a secure threaded N-type connection with a compact R-SMA interface to support connections between professional outdoor antennas and small-form-factor radio equipment. The 7 m length allows placement flexibility for antennas without requiring immediate relocation of radio equipment. The black outer jacket offers basic mechanical protection and weather resistance suitable for temporary outdoor use or permanent indoor routing.

Suitable for

• Connecting outdoor antennas to routers, modems or RF transceivers with R-SMA ports
• Extending antenna feed lines in home or small office wireless installations
• Temporary or semi-permanent outdoor antenna setups where a moderate cable run is needed
• Laboratory or test setups requiring a reliable adapter between R-SMA and N-type

Key specifications

• Cable length: 7 m
• Connector A: R-SMA (female or male as specified by device mating requirements)
• Connector B: N-type (weather-resistant threaded connection)
• Outer colour: Black
• Cable type: Coaxial for RF signal transmission (designed for low-loss performance)

How to use

Ensure both devices are powered off before connecting the cable. Align the R-SMA connector with the device’s R-SMA jack and engage gently until it seats; do not overtighten. For the N-type connector, thread the connector onto the mating N-type jack and hand-tighten until secure; use a torque wrench only if specified by the equipment manufacturer. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, kinks or tight tie points that can increase signal loss. If installed outdoors, secure the cable and connectors to reduce movement and prevent water ingress at connection points.

Recommendations

Use the cable within the operating frequency range of your equipment and avoid excessive bending radii to maintain impedance integrity. For permanent outdoor installations, consider additional weatherproofing at connector interfaces and periodic inspection for wear or moisture. Match connector gender and device port types before purchase to ensure compatibility.
