Coaxkabel RG-59 2 m ShiverPeaks BS77602

The ShiverPeaks BS77602 is a 2-meter RG-59 coaxial cable with BNC connectors on both ends, designed for reliable video and audio signal transmission. Its construction follows RG-59 specifications to provide stable connectivity between cameras, monitors and other AV equipment. The cable's 2 m length balances reach and manageability for installations in studios, surveillance setups and professional AV racks, while the black outer jacket offers a discreet, professional appearance.

Advantages

This RG-59 cable delivers consistent impedance matching for short- to medium-distance video links and supports analogue and some digital coaxial systems where RG-59 is appropriate. The BNC-to-BNC terminations provide a secure, quick-connect interface common in CCTV and broadcast environments. The 2 m length reduces signal attenuation compared with longer runs and simplifies cable routing in confined spaces. The flexible black jacket eases installation and hides along walls or equipment racks.

Suitable for

• Connecting analogue CCTV cameras to DVRs or monitors
• Linking professional video equipment with BNC inputs/outputs
• Temporary or permanent AV signal patches in studios and control rooms
• Short to medium-distance coaxial connections where RG-59 is specified

Key specifications

• Cable type: RG-59 coaxial
• Length: 2 m
• Connectors: BNC on both ends
• Colour: Black outer jacket
• Typical use: Video and audio signal transmission

How to use

Route the coaxial cable between devices so that the cable length is adequate without excessive tension. Align the BNC connector bayonet and push then twist to lock each connector into the BNC jack on camera, monitor or recorder. Verify secure mechanical connection and check signal presence on the receiving device. For best results, avoid sharp bends and kinks in the cable and keep it away from high-power mains cables to reduce interference.

Recommendations

Use this 2 m RG-59 BNC cable for short to medium runs in CCTV and AV setups. For longer distances or high-bandwidth digital video formats, consider using appropriate higher-specification coaxial types or alternative transmission methods. Store and route the cable without tight coils and protect connectors from moisture and mechanical stress to maintain signal quality.
