Coaxkabel ShiverPeaks BS80095-G-128CP 5 m F wit

The ShiverPeaks BS80095-G-128CP 5 m F White coaxial cable provides a 5‑metre connection with F-type connectors on both ends for signal transmission between antennas, set-top boxes, satellite receivers and other AV equipment. The cable is designed for indoor installations where a low-loss, standardized coax connection is required and its white outer jacket allows for discrete routing along walls and skirting boards.

Advantages

This coaxial cable combines a standardized F-type connector interface with a consistent impedance to reduce signal reflections and ensure stable audio and video quality. The 5 m length offers flexibility in placing devices without requiring additional adapters. The white outer jacket resists everyday wear from handling and bending during installation while maintaining a compact diameter suitable for routing in tight spaces.

Suitable for

• Connecting terrestrial TV antennas to tuners and set-top boxes
• Linking satellite LNBs or receivers in home installations
• Connecting cable TV outlets to televisions or recorders
• Temporary or permanent indoor AV wiring where a 5 m lead is sufficient

Key specifications

• Connector type: F-type male connectors on both ends
• Length: 5 metres
• Outer jacket colour: white
• Usage: indoor coaxial cable for audio/video and RF signals
• Characteristic impedance: 75 ohm (standard for TV/satellite use)

How to use

Route the cable between devices ensuring the connectors are aligned with the F-type sockets and screw them on by hand until snug; avoid overtightening with tools. Keep the cable free of sharp kinks and maintain gentle bend radii to preserve electrical performance. For wall runs, secure the cable with clips or adhesive mounts at regular intervals and avoid running parallel to high-voltage power cables to minimise interference.

Recommendations

For best signal quality, check connector seating and, if visible deterioration is present at connection points, replace the cable. Use short jumper lengths where possible to reduce attenuation and consider a higher-grade, shielded cable for long runs or outdoor exposure.
