Coaxkabel ShiverPeaks BS80202-128-GS 1m IEC zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS80202-128-GS 1m IEC Black coaxial cable provides a one-meter connection with IEC male connectors at both ends for straightforward linking of TVs, set-top boxes and other home audio/video equipment. The cable is designed to deliver stable signal transmission for RF and antenna feeds while maintaining physical flexibility for routing in tight spaces. Its black outer jacket offers a neutral, professional appearance suitable for visible and concealed installations.

Advantages

The cable combines a compact one-meter length with IEC termination to simplify common AV connections without excess slack. Constructed to balance flexibility and durability, it resists kinking and is easy to bend around furniture or behind cabinets. The consistent impedance and shielding reduce interference for clearer picture and sound compared with poorly shielded alternatives. The black finish matches most consumer electronics and minimizes visual impact in living rooms and media cabinets.

Suitable for

• Connecting a television to a rooftop or indoor antenna
• Linking a set-top box, DVB-T/C receiver or digital tuner to a TV
• Short runs between AV components where a 1 m length is sufficient
• Replacing worn or damaged IEC-to-IEC coaxial leads

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1 meter
• Connector type: IEC male to IEC male
• Outer jacket color: black
• Cable function: coaxial RF signal transmission for audio/video
• Construction: flexible jacket for easy routing in confined spaces

How to use

Align the IEC connector pins with the socket on both the source and the receiving device and push gently until the connector is seated. Ensure connections are snug but avoid excessive force. Route the cable to avoid tight bends, heavy pinch points or running parallel to mains wiring for long distances. For wall-mounted TVs, allow sufficient slack to accommodate tilting or movement. Before connecting, power off devices when possible to prevent transient interference.

Recommendations

For best signal quality, use this 1 m coaxial cable for short, direct connections; for longer cable runs or installations near potential sources of interference, consider higher-grade or longer coaxial solutions and ensure connectors are clean and securely fitted.
