Coaxkabel Trendnet LMR200 Reverse SMA – N-type SMA F recht 8 m zwart

The TRENDnet LMR200 Reverse SMA to N-Type coaxial cable is an 8-meter outdoor-rated cable designed to extend a wireless antenna for optimal placement. It provides low-loss signal transmission between an access point and an external antenna, enabling building-to-building wireless links or hotspot antenna installations. The cable comes in black and features a straight SMA female (reverse polarity) connector and an N-type connector for robust antenna connections.

Advantages

This LMR200 cable offers low signal attenuation for improved wireless performance over an extended run, and its weatherproof construction allows outdoor installation. The 8 m length provides flexibility in antenna placement to achieve better coverage, while the SMA F (reverse) to N-type interfaces ensure compatibility with many access points and external antennas.

Suitable for

• Extending an outdoor antenna up to 8 m from an access point
• Building-to-building wireless links
• Outdoor hotspot antenna installations
• Connecting external antennas to routers, access points, or wireless radios

Key specifications

• Cable type: LMR200 coaxial
• Length: 8 m
• Connector 1: SMA F (reverse polarity), straight
• Connector 2: N-type
• Color: Black

How to use

Run the cable from the access point to the antenna route, routing it through appropriate outdoor conduit or clips to secure and protect it. Connect the SMA F (reverse) end to the device’s SMA reverse socket and the N-type end to the antenna. Ensure connectors are tightened by hand or with a torque wrench to manufacturer recommendations and seal outdoor connections with appropriate weatherproofing tape or boots if necessary.

Recommendations

For best results, minimize sharp bends and avoid kinking the LMR200 cable. Keep cable runs as short as practical and use proper grounding and surge protection for outdoor antenna installations.
