How to use

Prepare the RG58 cable by stripping the outer jacket, braid and dielectric according to the connector manufacturer’s recommended dimensions. Insert the cable into the BNC58M so the centre conductor seats in the gold pin and the braid makes contact with the connector body. Crimp the connector using the appropriate crimping die for this BNC crimp plug. Verify mechanical stability and electrical continuity after assembly.

Recommendations

Use a calibrated crimping tool sized for BNC crimp plugs and check that the cable preparation matches the connector’s required strip lengths. Avoid excessive force when crimping to prevent damage to the centre pin and ensure proper signal transmission.
