Combisteeksleutel Bahco 111Z-5/16 breedte 130 mm gewicht 28 g

The Bahco 111Z-5/16 combination wrench is a compact hand tool designed for turning fasteners with a 5/16-inch profile. With an overall width of 130 mm and a lightweight build weighing 28 g, this wrench is intended for tasks where access, control and minimal tool mass are important. The combination design incorporates an open-end jaw on one side and a ring or box end on the other, allowing a single tool to address different turning situations while remaining easy to handle.

Advantages

The wrench combines two common head types in a single, lightweight unit that reduces carry weight and improves maneuverability in tight spaces. Its dimensions make it suitable for precision work and for users who need a low-mass tool for repeated operations. The tool’s construction provides reliable contact with fasteners and consistent torque transfer when compared to improvised or worn tools.

Suitable for

• Mechanical assembly and disassembly of small- to medium-sized fasteners
• Work in confined spaces where reach and clearance are limited
• Routine maintenance and repair tasks on equipment and machinery
• Precision adjustment tasks where a lightweight wrench improves control

Key specifications

• Tool type: combination wrench (open-end and ring end)
• Size/profile: 5/16-inch fastener compatibility
• Overall width: 130 mm
• Weight: 28 g

How to use

Select the appropriate end of the combination wrench for the fastener and engage the jaw or ring securely on the nut or bolt head. Apply steady, even force in the proper direction to loosen or tighten the fastener, avoiding sudden jerks that can strip edges. For tasks in confined spaces, use the open-end for initial engagement and the ring end for final torque where accessible. Keep the tool clean and free of oil buildup to maintain grip and control.

Recommendations

Use the wrench within its intended 5/16-inch fastener range and avoid applying excessive torque beyond the tool’s capacity. Inspect the wrench periodically for wear or deformation. Store in a dry environment to prevent corrosion and pair with other appropriately sized hand tools for effective workflow.
