Computerbehuizing COUGAR FV270 ARGB midi-tower zwart

The COUGAR FV270 ARGB Midi-Tower in black is a PC case designed for gamers and custom system builders who need a balance of cooling performance, interior space and visual customization. The case combines a tempered glass side panel with integrated ARGB lighting elements to showcase internal components while providing multiple mounting points for fans and radiators. Its mid-tower layout supports a wide range of motherboards and hardware configurations, allowing for straightforward cable routing and component installation.

Advantages

The case offers a tempered glass side panel that provides a clear view of internal components and ARGB lighting, enabling aesthetic customization without compromising structural integrity. Multiple fan and radiator mounting positions allow flexible cooling setups for air or liquid cooling. The interior layout supports roomy component placement and practical cable management, while front and top ventilation provisions promote efficient airflow across high-temperature parts. Tool-assisted drive and expansion bays simplify assembly and upgrades.

Suitable for

• Gaming PC builds with mid-range to high-end GPUs
• Custom systems that require ARGB lighting and component visibility
• Workstations needing effective airflow and multiple storage drives
• Liquid cooling setups with front or top radiator mounting

Key specifications

• Form factor: Midi-Tower suitable for ATX, micro-ATX and mini-ITX motherboards
• Side panel: Tempered glass for component visibility
• Lighting: Addressable RGB (ARGB) illumination with synchronization support
• Cooling support: Multiple fan mounts and radiator compatibility for both front and top positions
• Drive bays: Support for multiple 2.5" and 3.5" storage drives
• Expansion slots: Standard PCI expansion support for full-length graphics cards
• Cable management: Dedicated routing channels and tie-down points for tidy builds

How to use

Install the chosen motherboard into the standoffs provided and secure it with screws. Mount storage drives in the dedicated 2.5" or 3.5" bays and connect power and data cables. Fit the graphics card and other PCIe devices into the expansion slots and secure them. Configure fans or radiators in the front and/or top positions as required by your cooling plan, and connect ARGB lighting to the motherboard or controller to enable lighting control. Route cables through the rear cable management channels to maintain unobstructed airflow and close the tempered glass panel after final checks.

Recommendations

For optimal thermal performance, combine front intake fans with top or rear exhausts to create a directed airflow path. When using liquid cooling, verify radiator thickness and clearance relative to front or top mounting positions. Use the case's cable management provisions to route cables behind the motherboard tray to minimize airflow obstruction and maintain a clean interior appearance.
