Computermonitor ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACMES-W 27 inch 2560x1440 Fast IPS 1 ms VESA in hoogte verstelbaar wit

The ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACMES-W is a 27" (68.6 cm) WQHD (2560×1440) Fast IPS LCD monitor in a white finish designed for high-frame-rate gaming and precise visual work. The panel delivers a typical brightness of 350 cd/m², a contrast ratio of 1300:1 and wide 178°/178° viewing angles. The flat screen supports VESA mounting and the height-adjustable stand enables ergonomic positioning. This model does not include built-in speakers and is energy-rated for SDR and HDR usage.

Advantages

The Fast IPS panel and extremely low response time provide clear motion rendering and reduced ghosting at high refresh rates. A factory-calibrated WQHD resolution offers a balance between screen space and pixel density for gaming and productivity. The monitor includes adaptive-sync compatibility to reduce tearing and supports a high refresh rate (up to 255 Hz in OC) for smoother gameplay. A USB Type-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode simplifies connectivity and a height-adjustable stand allows comfortable long-term use.

Suitable for

• Competitive and fast-paced gaming where high refresh rate and low latency matter
• Content creation and photo editing requiring WQHD resolution and accurate visuals
• General productivity with multiple windows thanks to increased pixel area over Full HD
• Workstations or setups using VESA mounts or adjustable monitor stands

How to use

Place the monitor on a stable surface or attach it to a VESA-compatible arm. Use the height-adjustable stand to set an ergonomically comfortable eye level and tilt for optimal viewing. Connect a video source via DisplayPort, HDMI or the USB Type-C port (DisplayPort Alt Mode) and enable the desired refresh rate in your graphics driver or monitor on-screen menu. For adaptive-sync operation, enable G-SYNC or FreeSync in the GPU settings. Adjust brightness, color and game-specific modes through the on-screen display or the DisplayWidget Center utility for precise calibration and personal preference.

Recommendations

For competitive play, pair the monitor with a GPU capable of high frame rates at 2560×1440 to take advantage of the 255 Hz OC refresh rate and low response times. Calibrate color settings when doing color-critical work and ensure adequate ventilation around the monitor to maintain consistent performance. If using VESA mounting, verify arm specifications support a 27" panel and the weight of the monitor.
