Use medium to medium-high thermostat settings for bread and vegetables, and higher settings for searing meats. Avoid overfilling the plates to ensure even contact and heat distribution. Regularly remove crumbs and wipe surfaces with a damp cloth once the grill has cooled; follow specific care instructions for the grill plates to maintain performance and hygiene.
