Key specifications

• Power: 1800 W
• Cooking surface dimensions: 300 x 220 mm
• Adjustable thermostat for temperature control
• Touch control interface
• Clamshell design for closed or open grilling
• Black and stainless steel housing for easy cleaning

How to use

Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface and connect to a suitable mains outlet. Preheat using the touch control and set the thermostat to the desired temperature according to the food being prepared. Place food items evenly on the lower plate and close the lid for contact grilling, or prop the lid open for open-plate cooking where appropriate. Monitor cooking progress, and when finished, switch the unit off and unplug. Allow plates to cool before wiping surfaces with a soft, damp cloth; remove any detachable drip tray or plates if applicable and clean according to the manufacturer’s guidance.

Recommendations

Use moderate oiling or non-stick spray where needed and avoid metal utensils on the cooking surface to preserve the plate finish. For consistent results, preheat the grill and avoid overcrowding the cooking surface; cook thicker cuts with an appropriate lower temperature and longer time setting to ensure even doneness.
