Conteg blindplaat - RAL 9005, zwarte poedercoating - 1U - 48,3 cm (19 inch)

In data centers and server rooms, unused rack spaces disrupt airflow, allow dust ingress, and create an untidy appearance. The CONTEG DP-ZA-1U-H blanking panel fills a 1U gap in any standard 19-inch rack, restoring proper cooling efficiency and protecting equipment from contaminants. Its RAL 9005 black powder-coated finish matches most rack enclosures for a seamless look.

Why choose it

By sealing unused rack space, this panel prevents hot air recirculation and cold air bypass, which can lower cooling costs and extend equipment life. The durable powder coating resists scratches and corrosion, maintaining a professional appearance over time. Installation is straightforward with standard screws, and the panel's solid steel construction adds rigidity to the rack.

Ideal use cases

• Filling empty 1U slots in server racks during initial deployment or after equipment removal
• Improving airflow in high-density data center environments
• Protecting rack interiors from dust and debris in industrial or office settings
• Enhancing the visual uniformity of rack installations

Good to know

This panel is non-ventilated, so it is best used where complete sealing is desired. For racks requiring airflow through blank spaces, consider a vented alternative. Mounting hardware is not included; use standard rack screws compatible with your cabinet's cage nuts or threaded holes.
