Conteg ventilatiemodule met 3 ventilatoren geregeld

Rack-mounted ventilation unit with three thermostat-controlled axial fans, engineered to deliver up to 400 m³/h of airflow for efficient heat extraction in 19-inch enclosures. The 1U steel housing with black powder coating integrates seamlessly into standard racks, while the integrated thermostat automatically adjusts fan speed based on temperature, ensuring optimal cooling without manual intervention.

Advantages

Automatic temperature regulation from 0°C to 60°C keeps equipment within safe operating limits, reducing the risk of overheating. Three high-performance axial fans provide powerful airflow while maintaining a noise level of 50 dB(A), suitable for office and server environments. The unit features overload protection and an LED status indicator for quick visual monitoring. A 2-meter power cable with Schuko plug allows flexible installation, and the IP20 protection class is appropriate for indoor use.

Suitable for

• Server rooms and data centers requiring supplemental rack cooling
• Network cabinets with high-density active equipment
• AV racks and industrial enclosures needing reliable heat dissipation
• Any 19-inch rack environment where temperature-controlled ventilation is critical

Recommendations

For optimal performance, install the unit at the top of the rack to exhaust hot air upward. Ensure the thermostat sensor is positioned near the heat source. Regularly clean fan grilles to maintain airflow. This unit is ideal for racks without built-in active cooling or as a redundant cooling measure in critical deployments.
