This dark blue Flexi document box is suitable for organising and protecting A4 documents at the office, at school or at home. Made of durable polypropylene, it measures 26 cm in width and 35 cm in height, with a variable depth that expands up to 7 cm depending on the contents. The translucent material allows visual identification of contents while providing protection against moisture, dirt and bending.

Advantages

The folder’s flexible depth adapts to the number of sheets, so it does not occupy more space than necessary. Its rugged polypropylene construction keeps its shape and protects documents from bending or damage, and the smooth surface can be wiped clean. The open-top design and A4-compatible dimensions make it easy to insert and remove notepads, flat files and worksheets.

How to use

Slide A4 papers, notebooks or folders into the open top of the box, aligning them with the short edge at the bottom. Arrange documents so that the box’s flexible side can expand as needed; avoid overfilling past the stated maximum depth. To clean, wipe the polypropylene surface with a damp cloth and allow to dry before refilling.

Recommendations

Store the folder upright in a bag or on a shelf to maintain its shape and to prevent bending of contents. For long-term storage of important documents, keep the box away from direct heat and prolonged sunlight to avoid deformation.
