Cordial EM 6 MV XLR naar 6,3 mm jack stereo audiokabel 6 m zwart 14813

Balanced audio signals demand a cable that preserves every nuance, yet many interconnects introduce noise and degrade sound quality over distance. The Cordial EM 6 MV solves this by combining a robust XLR male connector with a 6.3 mm stereo jack plug, delivering pristine signal transfer for microphones, instruments, and studio gear across a generous 6-metre run. Its oxygen-free copper conductors and dense spiral shielding reject interference, ensuring your recordings and live performances stay clean and articulate.

Who is it for

This cable is built for audio professionals and enthusiasts who need a dependable link between balanced XLR outputs and unbalanced or balanced 6.3 mm jack inputs. It suits live sound engineers connecting mixers to powered speakers, studio musicians patching preamps into audio interfaces, and DJs routing signals between equipment. If you demand low capacitance and rugged construction for frequent setup and teardown, the EM 6 MV fits your workflow.

Main features

• XLR male (3-pin) to 6.3 mm stereo jack (TRS) connection for versatile audio routing.
• Oxygen-free copper (OFC) conductors with 0.22 mm² cross-section for superior signal integrity.
• Spiral copper shielding with 60 pF/m capacitance minimises noise and preserves high frequencies.
• Durable PVC jacket with 6.4 mm outer diameter resists kinking and withstands stage abuse.
• 6-metre length offers flexibility in studio and live setups without excess slack.
• Part of the Cordial EM series, known for reliable performance in professional environments.

Tips

To maximise cable life, coil loosely using the over-under method and avoid sharp bends near connectors. When connecting balanced equipment, ensure both ends are wired for the same standard (pin 2 hot on XLR, tip hot on TRS) to prevent phase issues. For longer runs, consider using a DI box to maintain signal quality.
