How to use

Place the Cosori Dual Blaze on a stable, heat‑resistant surface and ensure proper ventilation around the appliance. Preheat if required by selecting the appropriate program, then add ingredients to the cooking chamber without exceeding the maximum capacity. Use the Wi‑Fi connected app or the control panel to select cooking mode, temperature and time. Check food periodically through the cooking cycle and shake or turn items as needed for even browning. After cooking, allow the unit to cool before removing components for cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid overcrowding the cooking chamber; arrange food in a single layer where possible to promote air circulation. Lightly coat items with oil when necessary to improve crisping. Follow care instructions in the user manual for cleaning removable parts and use the app’s recipe suggestions to match time and temperature settings to different foods.
