Cougar SPETTRO draadloze gamingheadset met actieve ruisonderdrukking

The Cougar SPETTRO is a wireless and wired over-ear headset designed for PC multimedia and gaming. It features 40 mm high-resolution titanium dynamic drivers, Bluetooth 5.0 with an integrated adapter, a 3.5 mm audio connection with built-in microphone, and active noise cancellation. The headset offers a foldable, spinnable design, Fusion earpads combining cloth and leather, and up to 14 hours of battery life with USB-C charging and quick-charge capability.

Advantages

The headset provides a versatile wired and wireless connection for low-latency 3.5 mm use or convenient Bluetooth 5.0 pairing. Active Noise Cancellation reduces ambient sounds while the omnidirectional noise‑cancelling microphone supports clear voice pickup. Lightweight full-size construction with foldable design and included carrying pouch makes transport and storage easier.

Suitable for

• PC gaming and multimedia
• Voice calls and streaming
• Mobile use over Bluetooth
• Travel and commuting thanks to foldable design

When it may not be suitable

This headset may not be ideal for users who require extremely long battery life beyond 14 hours or those who need specialized multi-channel surround sound beyond stereo output. It is also not intended for professional studio monitoring where specific flat frequency response and studio-grade accuracy are required.

How to use

Charge the headset via the USB-C port before first use. For wireless operation, pair the headset using Bluetooth 5.0 with your PC or mobile device; the integrated adapter may be used if provided. Fold the earcups and store the headset in the carrying pouch when transporting.

What to consider before purchase

• Battery runtime of around 14 hours between charges
• Stereo output (not multi-channel surround sound)
• Wired 3.5 mm option for lower latency
• Presence of active noise cancellation and omnidirectional microphone
• Foldable, full-size over-ear form factor may affect portability

Recommendations

For best results, use the wired 3.5 mm connection when minimal audio latency is required (competitive gaming). Enable Active Noise Cancellation in noisy environments and use the quick-charge feature when you need short-term playback. Store the headset in the included pouch when not in use to protect the Fusion earpads.
