Intense training sessions can leave you drenched, distracted, and uncomfortable—but they don't have to. The adidas Squadra 25 Training Top for women tackles sweat and distraction head-on, so you can focus on every drill, sprint, and scrimmage. Crafted from 100% recycled polyester interlock, this slim-fit top wicks moisture away from your skin, keeping you dry and comfortable from warm-up to cool-down.

Tips

Layer this training top over a base layer for cooler weather or wear it on its own during intense indoor sessions. The quarter-zip lets you quickly adjust airflow, and the thumbholes keep sleeves from riding up when you're moving fast. For best results, wash with similar colors and avoid fabric softeners to maintain the moisture-wicking performance.
