The Navitel R480 2K dual-camera dashcam records driving footage in Quad HD 2560×1440 resolution from its main camera with a 160° wide viewing angle, providing broad road coverage for everyday trips and incident documentation. The device includes a secondary camera to capture additional perspectives, and a built-in 2" IPS display for convenient playback and menu navigation. It supports MicroSD cards up to 256 GB and is powered by a rechargeable battery (5V, 1.5A), enabling temporary operation without constant connection to the vehicle power supply.

Advantages

The Quad HD main sensor delivers high-resolution video suitable for reading details such as license plates at moderate distances while the 160° field of view covers multiple lanes and roadside activity. A secondary camera increases situational awareness and allows recording inside the cabin or to the rear depending on installation. The 2" IPS display provides clear on-device playback and menu control. Support for MicroSD up to 256 GB offers extended recording time, and the rechargeable battery facilitates short-term operation when the vehicle is off or during setup.

Suitable for

• Recording everyday driving and road incidents
• Parking surveillance and short-term parked monitoring
• Capturing multi-angle footage with front and secondary camera
• Use in personal cars, taxis, and ride-share vehicles

Recommendations

Use a high-endurance MicroSD card rated for continuous video recording to reduce the risk of file corruption. Regularly check and apply firmware updates from the manufacturer when available, and verify mounts and cable routing to avoid obstructing driver view or airbags. For extended parking surveillance, connect the dashcam to a continuous power source or use a compatible parking mode solution if required.
