Dätwyler patchkabel - RJ-45 (M) naar RJ-45 (M) (21.05.0077)

Network technicians and office managers often need a dependable cable to connect computers, printers, and IP phones to wall outlets or patch panels. This Dätwyler patch cable delivers stable Gigabit Ethernet connectivity in a compact 2-metre length, making it ideal for desk setups and short equipment links.

Key specifications

• Category 6 performance with 250 MHz bandwidth for reliable Gigabit Ethernet
• Unshielded twisted pair (U/UTP) construction with 26 AWG stranded copper conductors
• RJ45 male connectors on both ends with gold-plated contacts for corrosion resistance
• LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket in grey, flame retardant per IEC 60332-1
• Wired to TIA/EIA-568B standard, 4-pair configuration, outer diameter approx. 5.5 mm
• Compliant with RoHS and REACH environmental directives

Why choose it

The LSZH jacket reduces toxic smoke and halogen emissions in case of fire, making it safer for enclosed spaces like offices and server rooms. Stranded conductors provide flexibility for frequent re-routing without performance loss, and the gold-plated contacts ensure consistent signal integrity over thousands of mating cycles.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting workstations to Ethernet wall outlets in office environments
• Linking network devices such as switches, routers, and patch panels in structured cabling
• Short runs in data centres or home offices where cable management matters
• Replacing worn or damaged patch leads in existing Cat.6 networks

Good to know

The cable is backwards compatible with Cat.5e and Cat.5 systems, so it works with older equipment while future-proofing for Gigabit speeds. At 2 metres, it avoids excess clutter while providing enough reach for most desktop and rack connections.
