DEHN vouwklem ZG 0,7-6mm voor bliksembeveiliging en aarding 365000

Roofers and lightning protection installers use the DEHN Seam Clamp ZG 0.7-6mm to connect round or flat conductors to standing seam metal roofs. It grips seams from 0.7 to 6 mm thick, providing a secure mechanical and electrical connection for earthing and lightning protection systems. The clamp body is stainless steel (V2A) for corrosion resistance, and the terminal is tinned copper for low contact resistance. It accommodates round conductors 8–10 mm in diameter or flat conductors up to 30 mm wide. Installation is tool-free: simply place the clamp on the seam and tighten the screw connection. Compliant with EN 62561-1, it is suitable for new builds and retrofits on metal roofs.

Key specifications

• Product type: Seam clamp (Falzklemme)
• Roof seam thickness: 0.7 – 6 mm
• Conductor compatibility: Round 8–10 mm, flat up to 30 mm
• Clamp material: Stainless steel (V2A)
• Terminal material: Tinned copper
• Connection type: Screw connection
• Number of connections: 1
• Standard compliance: EN 62561-1

Why choose it

The stainless steel body withstands harsh weather, while the tinned copper terminal ensures lasting conductivity. The wide seam range covers most standing seam profiles, reducing the need for multiple clamp sizes. Its screw connection provides a firm grip without damaging the roof surface.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting lightning protection conductors to standing seam metal roofs
• Earthing metal roof structures
• Retrofitting lightning protection on existing buildings

Good to know

Designed for one conductor per clamp. For multiple conductors, use additional clamps. The clamp is suitable for outdoor exposure and does not require special maintenance.
