The DELOCK 19" 1U Cable Management Brush Strip with open bottom is designed for tidy cable routing in 19 inch racks and server cabinets. Its metal housing and integrated nylon brush protect against dust while allowing cables to be routed from below without bending or constriction. The unit is supplied in black and fits a 1U rack space.

Advantages

The brush strip features a metal construction for stable mounting and a nylon brush that reduces dust and dirt ingress. The open underside enables flexible vertical or large-bundle cable entry, and the tool-free snap-in assembly shortens installation time.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This brush strip occupies a single 1U rack space and is intended for openings where a 1U cable management solution is appropriate. It does not provide full sealing against environmental contaminants and is not intended as a weatherproof or IP-rated barrier.

Key specifications

How to use

Align the brush strip with the intended 1U opening in the rack or cabinet and press it into place using the integrated snap-in features until it clicks securely. Route cables through the nylon brushes from below or through the front opening, taking care to avoid sharp bends. The brush fibers hold cables in position and limit dust ingress while allowing easy addition or removal of cables.

What to consider before purchase

Recommendations

Use the strip for organized vertical cable management and to reduce strain at patch panels; avoid forcing oversized cable bundles through the brush to preserve the fibres and maintain dust protection.
