How to use

Insert the LC Octuplex male connector from the fiber optic cable into the female port of the coupler until it seats securely. Repeat for the mating cable on the opposite side to establish the optical link. Remove the dust cap before inserting a connector and store the cap on the coupler when the port is not in use to prevent contamination.

Recommendations

Ensure connectors are clean and free of dust before connection; use appropriate cleaning tools for fiber optics. Avoid excessive bending of connected cables and secure cables to prevent strain on the coupling.
