DeLOCK kabelklem voor DIN-rail 3,5 cm diameter metaalkleurig metaal

The DeLOCK Cable Clamp for DIN Rail is designed for mounting on a 35 mm DIN rail and secures cable bundles with a maximum diameter of 3.5 cm. Constructed from metallic metal, it measures 51 mm in width, 122 mm in depth and 5 mm in height, providing a durable solution for cable routing and strain relief in electrical installations, machines and switch cabinets.

Advantages

The metallic construction ensures durability and stable support on the DIN rail while the clamp holds cables firmly in place to prevent slipping under vibration. It allows tidy cable routing using cable ties or hook-and-loop fasteners and provides reliable strain relief for cable connections.

Suitable for

• Organising cable bundles up to 3.5 cm diameter on 35 mm DIN rails
• Electrical devices and control cabinets
• Machines and industrial equipment
• Internal cable management in switch cabinets and enclosures

How to use

Snap the clamp onto a standard 35 mm DIN rail at the desired position. Place the cable bundle inside the clamp and secure it with cable ties or hook-and-loop fasteners through the provided opening. Ensure the bundle diameter does not exceed 3.5 cm and that ties are tightened to provide strain relief without crushing the cables.

Recommendations

For long-term installations, check that the clamp is fully engaged on the DIN rail and periodically inspect cable ties for wear. Use appropriate cable tie tension to avoid damage to cable jackets and ensure compliance with applicable electrical installation standards.
