DELOCK LTE-antenne SMA male 1,82 dBi omnidirectioneel vast zwart

DELOCK LTE antenna SMA male 1.82 dBi omnidirectional fixed black is a compact external antenna designed for devices with an SMA female antenna socket. The antenna features an omnidirectional radiation pattern and a fixed, non-adjustable form factor with a modest 1.82 dBi gain, intended to support LTE signal reception and transmission for small routers, modems and IoT gateways. Its black finish and rigid construction make it suitable where a low-profile, durable external antenna is required.

Advantages

The antenna offers an omnidirectional pattern that provides uniform coverage in horizontal planes, reducing the need for precise orientation. With a fixed SMA male connector it is simple to mount and compatible with equipment that accepts SMA male antennas. The compact size and low visual impact make it appropriate for confined installations or professional environments where a stable external antenna is needed without movable joints.

How to use

Connect the SMA male connector to the SMA female socket of the router, modem or gateway until it is seated firmly by hand. Position the antenna vertically to achieve the intended omnidirectional coverage; because the antenna is fixed, avoid applying force that could damage the connector or housing. After installation, test signal strength and adjust device placement if required to optimize reception. For devices mounted outdoors or in exposed locations, ensure the antenna and connector interface are protected from moisture and mechanical stress.

Recommendations

For best results, place the device with the antenna at a clear line of sight to the nearest cell tower and away from large metal obstructions. If greater range or directional control is required, consider a higher-gain or directional antenna compatible with the device’s connector and mounting constraints.
