How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your router, switch or modem and the other connector into your device's Ethernet port. Ensure connectors click into place to establish a secure physical connection. For optimal performance, avoid tight bends and kinks; maintain gentle curves and route the cable away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference such as large transformers or unshielded power lines.

Recommendations

For stable performance, use this Cat5e cable for networks running up to 1000 Mbps over short to moderate distances. When installing in permanent or high-interference environments, consider using shielded or higher-category cables (Cat6/Cat6a) where improved crosstalk and higher bandwidth are required.
