Connect the PoweredUSB (12 V) male plug to the powered USB port on the PC or hub. Insert the angled DC 5.5 x 2.1 mm male connector into the device's DC female jack. Ensure the host port supplies 12 V and that the device accepts a 5.5 x 2.1 mm DC input before powering on. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and secure it as needed to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Verify voltage compatibility and polarity before connecting. Do not use the cable with devices that require different voltages or connector dimensions. Avoid heavy mechanical stress, exposure to liquids, and prolonged sharp bends to maintain reliable operation.
