DeLOCK RJ45-kabel Cat.6A U/FTP RJ-45 0,5 m zilver

The DeLOCK RJ45 Cable Cat.6A U/FTP (0.5 m) is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for reliable, high-speed data transmission between networking devices such as network interface cards, switches or patch panels. The cable features RJ-45 connectors on both ends and a metal outer jacket that provides extra mechanical protection while maintaining flexibility.

Advantages

The U/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference for improved signal integrity at higher data rates. The compact 0.5 m length is suitable for short connections in racks or desk setups. A robust metal jacket protects the cable against external damage and wear without significantly reducing flexibility. Silver colour and standard RJ-45 terminations ensure compatibility with typical network equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting a NIC to a switch
• Patch panel to switch connections in racks
• Short, high-speed Ethernet links in office or home environments

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector firmly into the corresponding port on the devices you wish to connect until the latch clicks. Use the 0.5 m cable for direct, short-distance connections where minimal slack is required. Avoid sharp bends at the connector ends and do not pull the cable by the jacket to prevent connector damage.

Recommendations

For best performance, ensure both network ports support Cat.6A or compatible Ethernet standards and maintain proper cable routing to minimize bend radius and mechanical strain. When installing in racks, avoid tight bundling with power cables to reduce potential interference.
