DeLOCK USB Type-C naar HDMI-adapterkabel 4K 60 Hz magnetisch 1,20 m

This adapter cable by Delock combines a magnetic HDMI Type-A adapter and a matching USB-C cable to connect HDMI devices such as TVs, projectors and external displays to a system with a free Thunderbolt 3 or USB‑C port that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode. The design allows the small magnetic adapter to remain in the device port, protecting the interface from wear and helping to keep dust out. The cable length is 1.20 m; connectors are HDMI Type A and USB Type-C, and the adapter supports video output up to 4K at 60 Hz.

Advantages

The magnetic connection allows quick attachment and detachment while the magnetic counterpart on the cable secures the HDMI connection. The adapter’s aluminium housing provides a robust, lightweight and durable casing. Spring contacts (pogo pins) ensure reliable electrical contact and long contact life. The integrated dust protection and the ability to leave the small adapter in the device port reduce interface wear.

Suitable for

• Connecting laptops or tablets with USB-C/Thunderbolt 3 (DisplayPort Alt Mode) to TVs
• Connecting to projectors for presentations
• Connecting to external monitors and displays for higher-resolution output
• Temporary setups where quick disconnect is useful (meeting rooms, mobile use)

How to use

Insert the magnetic HDMI adapter into the HDMI port of the display device and leave it in place if desired. Connect the USB‑C plug to a laptop, tablet or other host that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode over USB‑C or Thunderbolt 3. Bring the magnetic ends together so the cable snaps into the adapter and establishes the HDMI connection. If necessary, select the correct input on the display device and configure the host’s display output or resolution settings.

Recommendations

Use on hosts that explicitly support DisplayPort Alternate Mode over USB‑C or Thunderbolt 3 for video output. Avoid forcing connections at an angle; align magnetic ends to connect and disconnect smoothly. Keep the adapter’s contacts clean and store the cable and adapter in a dry place when not in use.
