DEMCiflex stoffilter Double 120 mm I/D — zwart, 147×267 mm, 1 stuk

DEMCiflex Dust Filter Double 120mm I/D — black (147×267 mm) is a two-part intake/exhaust dust screen designed for 120 mm fan openings in desktop PC cases. The filter provides mechanical dust screening across an effective filter area sized to accommodate a 120 mm × 240 mm opening and is supplied as a single unit. It is intended for mounting where a removable filter is required to reduce internal dust buildup while maintaining airflow through ventilation grills and fan mounts.

Advantages

This DEMCiflex double filter combines a fine mesh screening layer with a rigid frame to deliver consistent dust capture without obstructing fan operation. The two-part design supports easier cleaning and replacement of the filter element. Its black finish integrates visually with most PC cases and the overall low-profile construction helps preserve clearance in tight mounts while covering vents up to 147 × 267 mm.

Suitable for

• 120 mm fan openings and vents with an actual opening up to 120 × 240 mm
• Front, top or rear intake/exhaust mounting in desktop PC cases
• Systems that need removable, cleanable dust protection to reduce interior soiling

Key specifications

• Overall outer dimensions: 147 × 267 mm
• Actual filter opening size: 120 × 240 mm
• Colour: black
• Configuration: double (two-part) intake/exhaust filter
• Quantity: 1 piece
• Material: rigid frame with fine mesh filter element (mechanical screening)

How to use

Place the DEMCiflex Double 120mm I/D filter over the fan or vent opening so the filter element covers the full 120 × 240 mm opening area. If the mounting surface is non-ferrous (for example aluminium or acrylic), ensure you select the non-ferrous attachment option if required by your mounting method. The two-part construction enables you to remove the outer frame and clean the mesh periodically using compressed air or gentle washing and full drying before reinstallation. Reattach the filter securely so it sits flush with the vent to avoid gaps that could bypass the mesh.

Recommendations

Inspect and clean the filter every 1–3 months depending on environment and dust levels. Replace the filter if the mesh becomes damaged or permanently clogged. Confirm that the ventilated area does not exceed the stated outer dimensions and that the actual opening aligns with the 120 × 240 mm filter area for proper fit and airflow.
