Stoffilter voor 240-mm-radiatoren DEMCiflex DF0031 — zwart frame en zwart gaas

DEMCiflex DF0031 is a dust filter engineered for 240 mm PC radiators. The filter combines a black frame with a black mesh to reduce dust ingress while maintaining airflow through radiator fins and fans. It is intended for installation over 240 mm radiator areas in desktop liquid-cooling systems to help preserve radiator performance and reduce cleaning frequency.

Advantages

The rigid black frame provides secure mounting and consistent coverage across the radiator surface, while the fine black mesh captures dust particles without substantially restricting airflow. By preventing dust accumulation on fins and fan blades, the filter helps sustain heat-transfer efficiency and can lengthen intervals between maintenance. The simple form factor is compatible with common 240 mm radiator layouts and offers a discreet, low-visibility appearance.

Suitable for

• 240 mm liquid-cooling radiators in desktop PC cases
• Intakes or exhausts where a 240 mm filter fit is required
• Systems that need reduced dust buildup on radiator fins and fans
• Builds where a black, low-profile dust filter is preferred

Key specifications

• Form factor: filter sized for 240 mm radiator area
• Frame color: black
• Mesh color: black
• Function: dust filtration for radiator and fan protection
• Compatibility: designed for use with standard 240 mm radiator mounting positions

How to use

Position the DEMCiflex DF0031 filter over the external face of the 240 mm radiator or fan assembly so that the frame aligns with the radiator mounting points. Secure the filter according to your case or radiator mounting method—this may involve screws, magnetic attachment if provided by your case, or clip mounts—ensuring the mesh sits flush against the radiator surface without gaps. Replace or clean the filter periodically depending on dust levels: remove the filter, gently tap out loose debris, and rinse or vacuum the mesh as appropriate, then fully dry before reinstallation.

Recommendations

Inspect the filter every one to three months in typical home or office environments and more frequently in dusty locations. When cleaning, avoid harsh brushes that could damage the mesh; use low-pressure water rinse and air-dry thoroughly. Ensure the filter is compatible with your case mounting method to maintain proper airflow and secure fit.
