How to use

Mount the hinge to the door and frame using appropriate fasteners compatible with the enclosure material and hinge holes. Ensure correct alignment of the door and hinge axis before tightening fasteners to avoid binding. Lubrication is normally not required for initial operation, but periodic inspection and light lubrication of pivot points can help maintain smooth movement in high-use environments. Follow enclosure manufacturer guidelines for door mounting and weight limits.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, verify compatibility with your cabinet panel thickness and door weight. Inspect hinges periodically for signs of wear or corrosion and replace individual hinges when necessary to maintain door alignment and safe operation.
