Deurstop Rittal 4583.000 voor TS/SE/TP/PC-kasten, zilver, 5-pack

Rittal door stay 4583.000 is an accessory designed to control and limit the movement of cabinet doors for TS, SE, TP and PC series enclosures. Supplied in a pack of five silver-coloured stays, it provides a simple mechanical means to hold doors open during maintenance, inspection or equipment installation, reducing the risk of accidental closure and improving accessibility to rack-mounted components.

Advantages

The door stay offers stable, repeatable positioning of cabinet doors without modifying the cabinet structure. Its silver finish matches industrial enclosures and resists visible wear in everyday use. Supplied as a set of five, it enables multiple cabinets or multiple doors to be equipped at once, streamlining installation for data center racks and electrical enclosures.

How to use

Install the door stay on the cabinet door and frame at the recommended mounting points for the specific Rittal enclosure model. Ensure the stay is aligned so that it engages smoothly when the door is opened to the desired position. After installation, operate the door several times to verify that the stay holds the door securely at the intended angle and does not obstruct normal closing. Follow the cabinet manufacturer’s assembly instructions when fitting accessories.

Recommendations

Use the door stays in sets to provide consistent behavior across multiple doors. Inspect mounting points periodically and tighten fasteners if required. Replace any stay that shows signs of deformation or impaired function to maintain safe access to equipment.
