Deurstopper Blomus 65353 zwart zilver rubber roestvrij staal

The Blomus 65353 wall-mounted door stop combines matt stainless steel with a soft plastic buffer to prevent a doorknob from striking the wall. It has a compact, modern design in black and silver and is intended for fixed mounting on walls or skirting boards to protect both door and wall surfaces.

Advantages

Constructed from stainless steel with a soft rubber buffer, the door stop resists corrosion while cushioning impacts. Its compact dimensions (25 mm width × 25 mm depth × 40 mm height) make it unobtrusive, and the wall-mounted design ensures a stable, permanent solution that is simple to install. The black-and-silver finish suits contemporary interiors.

How to use

Position the door stop on the wall or skirting board where the doorknob makes contact when the door is fully opened. Mark the fixing point, drill a hole suitable for the wall type, insert an appropriate wall plug if needed, and secure the door stop with the recommended screw. Ensure the rubber buffer faces the expected impact area. Check the mount for firmness after installation.

Recommendations

For best results, install the door stop at the point of contact between knob and wall and use suitable fixings for the surface (masonry, plasterboard, or wood). Periodically inspect the rubber buffer for wear and replace if damaged to maintain protection.
