Diffusieschijf EUROLITE LED IP TL-3 QCL Trusslight – accessoire voor EUROLITE TL-3 QCL truss-LED-schijnwerper

The Diffuser Disc EUROLITE LED IP TL-3 QCL Trusslight is an accessory engineered for the EUROLITE TL-3 QCL truss-mounted LED fixture. It fits specifically to the TL-3 QCL model to modify the fixture's light output, producing a smoother beam transition and reducing direct glare. The disc is intended for use in stage, event and architectural lighting where softer, more even illumination is preferred over a hard, concentrated beam. Installation is straightforward and the component is designed to integrate with the existing housing of the TL-3 QCL without altering the fixture's core optical system.

Advantages

The diffuser disc creates a more uniform light distribution and reduces visible hotspots, improving visual comfort in audience- and camera-facing applications. It preserves the LED fixture's color rendering while minimizing sharp edges in the beam profile. The accessory is lightweight and made to align with the mechanical mounting points of the TL-3 QCL, allowing quick retrofitting on installed fixtures and simple handling during rigging and maintenance.

How to use

Mount the diffuser disc directly onto the TL-3 QCL trusslight following the fixture manufacturer's mounting instructions. Ensure the fixture is powered off and cooled before installation. Align the disc with the designated attachment points on the fixture and secure it until it sits flush with the housing. After installation, power the fixture and inspect the beam to confirm the desired diffusion effect; adjust fixture aim or reposition the disc if minor alignment changes are needed.

Recommendations

Use the diffuser disc when a softer wash or reduced specular highlights are required; avoid using it where a sharply defined beam or maximum throw is necessary. Regularly check the disc for dust and clean with a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild, manufacturer-approved cleaner to maintain optical performance.
