DIN-rail blindafdekking JUNG CD 582 W ivoor, duroplast, 18 mm x 152 mm

JUNG CD 582 W is a DIN-rail blanking plate in ivory color, made from durable duroplast with a compact width of 18 mm and height of 152 mm. It is designed to fill unused module spaces in electrical distribution panels and switchboards compatible with JUNG installation systems. The plate provides a clean finish while protecting internal wiring from dust and accidental contact.

Advantages

The blanking plate is produced in duroplast for mechanical strength and resistance to deformation, ensuring long-term dimensional stability. Its neutral ivory color integrates with standard switchgear and distribution boards, helping to maintain a uniform appearance. The slim 18 mm profile enables precise coverage of single-module gaps, and the 152 mm height matches common DIN-rail panel dimensions for straightforward installation and alignment.

How to use

Place the blanking plate over the unused module space on the DIN rail, aligning the top and bottom edges with adjacent devices or mounting rails. Apply gentle pressure until the plate snaps or seats securely depending on the panel system design. Ensure that the plate fully covers the opening and does not interfere with neighboring modules or wiring access points. For removal, carefully pry the plate from one edge and detach it without bending or forcing to avoid damage.

Recommendations

For safe and compliant installations, use the blanking plate only in panels and systems that match its physical dimensions. Do not cover ventilation slots of heat-producing devices. Check compatibility with the specific JUNG installation system before mounting and ensure panels are de-energized when installing or removing components.
