DisplayPort-kabel ShiverPeaks BS10-69155 1,5 m zwart

The ShiverPeaks BS10-69155 DisplayPort cable 1.5 m in black is a single-purpose video and audio connectivity cable designed to provide a direct DisplayPort-to-DisplayPort link between source devices and displays. With a 1.5 meter length and a 3.8 mm diameter, the cable balances reach and flexibility for desktop and AV setups. It supports high-quality digital video and audio transmission over a reliable physical connection and is compatible with devices featuring DisplayPort ports.

Advantages

The cable offers a compact 3.8 mm diameter that improves bend flexibility and routing behind desks or inside AV racks. A 1.5 m length suits typical workstation distances without excess cable clutter. Using standardized DisplayPort connectors on both ends ensures straightforward plug-and-play installation with monitors, projectors, and graphics cards that support DisplayPort. The black jacket provides a neutral appearance that blends with most equipment and reduces visual distraction.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs or laptops to DisplayPort-enabled monitors
• Linking graphics cards to external displays for gaming and productivity
• Connecting projectors or meeting-room displays with DisplayPort inputs
• Desk or AV installations requiring a 1.5 m cable with flexible routing

Key specifications

• Connector type: DisplayPort to DisplayPort
• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Cable diameter: 3.8 mm
• Colour: Black
• Signal: Digital video and audio over DisplayPort interface

How to use

Connect one DisplayPort connector to the source device (PC, laptop, or graphics card) and the other connector to the target display (monitor or projector). Ensure both connectors are fully seated in their ports until the latch (if present) engages. Select the appropriate input source on the display and configure the host device's display settings as needed for resolution, refresh rate, and audio output. For best results, avoid sharp bends near the connectors and route the cable to prevent excessive tension.

Recommendations

Use this DisplayPort cable for short to medium runs up to 1.5 m. Avoid pinching the cable or tight bends below the cable diameter specification to maintain signal integrity and prolong service life. For installations requiring longer distances or specific DisplayPort versions, verify display and source compatibility before use.
