Dockingstation Dell WD19DCS met twee USB-C-aansluitingen en 130W Power Delivery (model N9MD9)

The Dell WD19DCS docking station with dual USB-C ports and 130W Power Delivery expands a compatible laptop's connectivity while providing high-power charging through its USB-C interfaces. Engineered to consolidate peripherals, network, displays and power into a single hub, the dock supports common office and mobile workflows by offering reliable data transfer, video output and laptop charging from one device.

Advantages

The docking station supports two USB-C connections to enable simultaneous use with laptops that accept USB-C docking and power delivery, while a 130W Power Delivery capability supplies sufficient power for many high-performance laptops. Its design reduces cable clutter by centralizing connections for monitors, storage devices and wired networks. The dock follows standard USB-C and Power Delivery behavior to allow automatic negotiation of charging and data roles with connected devices.

Suitable for

• Office workstations that require multiple external monitors and peripherals
• Hybrid and remote work setups where quick docking/undocking is needed
• Mobile professionals who need consolidated connections and laptop charging in one unit
• Shared workspaces where a single dock serves different laptop models with USB-C

Key specifications

• Dual USB-C host interfaces for connection to one or two compatible systems
• Power Delivery output up to 130W to charge compatible laptops
• Support for data transfer and video output via USB-C alternate modes
• Multiple peripheral ports for external monitors, storage and wired networking (port types vary by configuration)
• Compact form factor designed for desk or mobile use

How to use

Connect the docking station to a compatible laptop using one of the USB-C host cables; if the laptop supports dual‑USB‑C docking, use the second USB‑C port as required to enable expanded display or power functionality. Attach external monitors, USB peripherals and a wired network cable to the corresponding ports on the dock. The dock negotiates power delivery with the connected laptop and will charge the system when supported. Follow the laptop manufacturer's guidance for any required drivers or firmware updates to ensure full compatibility with video and peripheral features.

Recommendations

Use the dock on a stable surface and route cables to avoid strain on connectors. For best performance with multiple high-resolution displays and power-hungry laptops, ensure the laptop supports sufficient USB-C alternate mode bandwidth and power negotiation; when necessary, connect both USB-C host ports to access full functionality. Keep firmware and drivers up to date on both dock and laptop to maintain compatibility.
