Documentenmap Herma Postmappe Zipper A4 PP geel XL-formaat voor A4-documenten

Herma Postmappe Zipper A4 is a yellow document folder made of polypropylene (PP) in an XL format that accommodates A4 documents. The folder has a sewn-in plastic zipper that secures papers and offers protection against dust and light moisture, making it suitable for storage and transport of letters, invoices, reports and loose sheets.

Advantages

The polypropylene material is durable, lightweight and tear-resistant while remaining flexible. The integrated plastic zipper closes smoothly and keeps contents secure. The XL A4 format provides extra space for documents, envelopes or stacked papers without folding. The bright yellow colour makes the folder easy to identify in a drawer or bag.

How to use

Place A4 documents, envelopes or loose sheets into the folder and slide the plastic zipper closed to secure the contents. Store the zipped folder flat in a drawer, on a shelf or inside a bag for transport. To access documents, open the zipper along its full length and remove or add papers as needed.

Recommendations

For longer storage, keep the folder away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Clean the polypropylene surface with a damp cloth and avoid sharp objects that could puncture the material or damage the zipper.
