Documenthoes HERMA 5026 polypropyleen transparant A4

The Herma Document Holder 5026 is a transparent A4 sleeve made from durable polypropylene (PP) designed to protect and display documents. With dimensions of 220 mm width and 10 mm height, it provides a slim, lightweight solution for storing single sheets or small sets of papers while maintaining clear visibility of the contents. The transparent material resists moisture and everyday wear, keeping documents readable and presentable in offices, at home, or during transport.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction offers tear resistance and dimensional stability, ensuring the holder retains its shape under normal use. Its transparency allows for immediate identification of the enclosed document without removal. The compact 10 mm spine thickness keeps the holder space-efficient for filing, shelving or carrying, while the smooth surface is easy to clean and slips into folders or binders with minimal friction. The material is lightweight and chemically inert, helping to protect papers from discoloration and damage caused by handling.

Suitable for

• Protecting single A4 sheets, certificates and printed pages
• Organizing project documents, reports and manuals
• Presenting materials in meetings or client appointments
• Storing receipts, invoices and delivery documents

How to use

For frequent access, label the visible edge or insert a cover page for quick identification.

Recommendations

Clean with a soft, damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. For archival storage, use acid-free interleaving when storing valuable or long-term documents.
