Doorvoerpaneel 1U Triton RAB-ZP-X03-A2 zwart

The Triton Straight-way panel 1U with brush in black is a rack-mounted cable management panel designed for 19-inch server racks. It provides a slim, 1U profile that closes the front or rear opening of a cabinet while allowing cables to pass through a dense brush strip. The panel reduces visible cable clutter, helps protect cable ends from dust and abrasion, and supports improved airflow by organizing cable entries and exits within the rack.

Advantages

The panel combines a compact 1U height with a full-width brush opening that accommodates multiple cable bundles without cutting or damaging insulation. Its black finish integrates visually with standard rack equipment and helps maintain a consistent appearance. Constructed for straightforward mounting in standard 19" rails, the panel contributes to a neater cabinet layout and easier access for maintenance.

Suitable for

• Server and network cabinets where neat front or rear cable routing is required
• Data centers and server rooms aiming to reduce cable clutter and improve airflow
• Telecom closets and network distribution frames managing mixed power and data cabling
• Rack installations that require brush protection for frequently changed cable connections

Key specifications

• Form factor: 1U rack panel for 19-inch cabinets
• Front: full-width brush strip for cable pass-through and protection
• Colour: black finish to match standard rack equipment
• Material: rigid metal panel with integrated brush insert for abrasion resistance
• Mounting: fits standard 19" rack rails, front-mount installation

How to use

Install the Triton 1U straight-way brush panel in an available 1U position on the front or rear rail of a standard 19-inch rack using appropriate rack screws. Route cable bundles through the brush opening to keep them organized and to protect connectors and cable jackets from chafing. For maintenance, gently flex the brush strands aside to add or remove cables without disassembling the panel. Ensure cables are secured with cable ties or retention points elsewhere in the rack to prevent strain at the brush entry.

Recommendations

Place the panel near high-density patching areas or device entry points to centralize cable routing. Use it in combination with vertical or horizontal cable management accessories to maintain proper bend radii and to support airflow through the cabinet. Avoid forcing oversized conduit or very thick cable bundles through the brush to prevent premature wear of the insert.
