How to use

Insert the appropriate batteries, point the remote toward the receiving unit and press the relevant buttons to select modes or trigger functions. Ensure a clear line of sight between the IR-9 and the device’s infrared receiver to maintain reliable communication. Follow the receiver’s instructions for pairing or addressing if multiple units are used to avoid cross-control. Replace batteries when indicator performance decreases to maintain effective range and response.

Recommendations

Position the IR-9 within the recommended line-of-sight distance and avoid obstructions such as large objects or reflective surfaces between the remote and the receiver. For setups with several receivers, confirm each unit’s IR settings to prevent unintended commands. Store the remote in a dry, dust-free place and remove batteries for long-term storage to prevent corrosion.
