For wired charging, connect a device with a USB‑C cable to the 30W port. Use only compatible cables and avoid exposing the power bank to extreme temperatures or moisture. The ActiveShield™ system operates automatically to manage temperature during charging.

Recommendations

For the best charging performance, use MagSafe-compatible cases or remove thick non-magnetic cases. Keep the power bank in a ventilated area while charging and follow the included safety guide. This power bank is intended for charging phones, earbuds and similar mobile devices; do not attempt to charge high-power appliances.
