How to use

Place the curved mobile event stand into the bag by aligning the stand with the tailored interior profile. Close the fastening system to secure the stand and use the carrying handles to lift and move the bag. For best protection, ensure any removable accessories are stored inside the bag or in a separate accessory compartment before transport. When arriving at the venue, open the bag, remove the stand carefully and set it up on a stable surface following the manufacturer’s instructions for the stand itself.

Recommendations

Store the bag and stand in a dry, ventilated area to avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. For prolonged transport or frequent airline travel, supplement the bag with additional protective packing as needed to protect against heavy impacts. Regularly inspect the bag for wear and repair or replace it if padding or seams become compromised.
