DRAKA UC900 SS23/1 PE 4P (L)HQ2Y BK Cat7-kabel met knaagdierbescherming, 1000m

For installations where cable damage from rodents is a real risk, the DRAKA UC900 SS23/1 PE 4P (L)HQ2Y BK stands apart. This Cat7 cable pairs high-speed data transmission with a robust rodent-resistant jacket, ensuring long-term reliability in challenging environments. The 1000-meter pull box provides ample length for large-scale projects, while the solid 23 AWG conductors maintain signal integrity over extended distances.

Highlights

• Category 7 performance for 10 Gigabit Ethernet up to 100 meters
• Rodent protection layer prevents damage from gnawing animals
• PE outer sheath suitable for outdoor and direct burial applications
• 4 individually shielded pairs (S/FTP) minimize alien crosstalk
• Supplied in a 1000-meter pull box for efficient installation

In daily use

This cable is engineered for backbone and horizontal cabling in industrial, campus, or outdoor settings where mechanical stress and pest threats are present. The (L)HQ2Y designation indicates a longitudinally applied aluminum tape and halogen-free inner sheath, enhancing both shielding and fire safety. With its black PE jacket, the cable resists UV radiation and moisture, making it suitable for direct burial without additional conduit. The solid copper conductors ensure consistent performance, while the rodent protection layer adds an extra barrier against physical damage.
