Drinkfles Xavax 00181598 — 450 ml borosilicaatglas met siliconenhoes, blauw transparant

The Xavax 00181598 drinking bottle is a 450 ml reusable bottle made from borosilicate glass with a blue transparent silicone sleeve. Sized 70 × 70 × 240 mm, the bottle combines the chemical and thermal resistance of borosilicate glass with a protective silicone cover that improves grip and reduces the risk of breakage. The design is intended for daily hydration at home, in the office or while commuting and provides a neutral, non-reactive container for water, infused drinks and other non-carbonated beverages.

Advantages

Borosilicate glass offers higher resistance to temperature changes and chemical interactions compared with ordinary glass, ensuring taste neutrality and easier cleaning. The silicone sleeve gives additional protection against impacts, a non-slip surface for safer handling, and thermal insulation that reduces direct contact with cold or warm surfaces. The bottle’s compact dimensions and 450 ml capacity make it convenient to carry in bags or place on desk and car cup holders designed for similar sizes.

Suitable for

• Daily water consumption at work or home
• Carrying in a bag for commuting or short trips
• Infused water with fruits or herbs (non-carbonated)
• Use in office environments where taste neutrality is important

Key specifications

• Capacity: 450 ml
• Materials: borosilicate glass body with silicone sleeve
• Colour: blue, transparent silicone sleeve
• Dimensions: 70 × 70 × 240 mm
• Suitable beverage types: water, tea (cooled), infused non-carbonated drinks

How to use

Fill the bottle with the desired beverage and secure the lid before carrying. Allow very hot liquids to cool slightly before filling to avoid thermal shock, even though borosilicate glass provides improved temperature resistance. Clean the bottle after each use by handwashing or using a dishwasher if the manufacturer’s instructions permit; remove the silicone sleeve where possible to reach all glass surfaces. Inspect the bottle and sleeve for damage before regular use.

Recommendations

For prolonged hygiene and durability, rinse the bottle immediately after use, avoid sudden extreme temperature changes (for example, pouring boiling liquid into a chilled bottle), and handle the bottle with care despite the protective silicone sleeve. Use only non-carbonated beverages to reduce pressure-related risks. Store the bottle with the lid removed to allow ventilation and complete drying.
