Hama 00110872 friteuse-accessoire zwart, grijs, wit

Universal Combination Filter for Deep Fryers from Xavax (model 00110872) reduces frying odours and captures fat and particles to help keep oil cleaner and improve frying results. The set contains one activated carbon smell filter and one fat filter with a saturation indicator; the flat filter meets fire protection class UL 94 HBF and the activated carbon filter meets fire protection class HF1. The filters can be cut to size for individual fryer models.

Advantages

The combination of carbon and fat filters reduces unpleasant odours while the fat filter's saturation indicator shows when replacement or cleaning is needed. The ability to cut the filter to size avoids buying expensive preformed cartridges. Fire protection ratings are specified for both filter types.

How to use

Measure the filter housing or holder in your fryer and cut the supplied filter material to the required dimensions. Install the flat fat filter and the activated carbon element according to your fryer's filter tray or holder design. Replace the fat filter when the saturation indicator shows it is full; replace the activated carbon element if odour reduction performance declines.

Recommendations

Check compatibility with your fryer model before cutting. Follow the fryer manufacturer's instructions for filter placement and safe handling; keep filters away from direct flames and high-temperature contact. Dispose of used filters according to local waste regulations.
